3. The applicant must state on their own responsibility (Self):

b) residence;
c) Educational level, place and date of achievement and final vote;
d) The address and telephone number;
e) Not to have criminal convictions and pending proceedings;
f) To enjoy political rights;
4. Require the following requirements:
a) High school
b) Any specialist title for its support;
c) Any excess over the years specialization
d) Any other securities cultural
e) Any certificate of service.
5. The application must be accompanied by all documents required.
6. A committee will prepare a table for evaluation on the basis of the following qualifications preferred:
a) rating of the degree-a minimum of P. 12 added 0.50 per
every vote and more than 76/110 P. 4 if the qualification has been achieved with full marks.
b) 20 points by level of specialization for support.
c) 10 points to overcome the current year to support specialization.
d) 3 points for every additional cultural title.
e) 1 point for each month (or fraction exceeding 15 days.) Service in state schools or legally recognized.
